APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS
Office visits are on an appointment basis, and we ask that you call in advance so that we may reserve time for you. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. This courtesy makes it possible to give your appointment time to another patient.

RE-CARE VISITS
Regular dental cleanings and examinations are the key to oral and systemic health. This helps prevent little problems from becoming big, expensive ones. We will make every effort to set up your next re-care appointment, as they can be easily overlooked or postponed. At this time, please advise the receptionist of any change in the following: (1) address, (2) telephone number, (3) health, (4) medications, (5) marital status, (6) employment, and (7) insurance coverage or secondary policies.

AFTER HOURS
For emergencies after hours, please call our office. Our answering machine will refer your to an emergency phone number where you may leave a message and one of our doctors will return your call.

PAYMENT
Payment is required at the time of service. As a convenience to our patients, we accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards. Financial payment plans are available upon request through
Care Credit. We participate with most major insurance carriers. Please call our office at 586.773.1212 in advance of your appointment and our staff will be glad to answer your insurance questions.
